We started off with industry interaction in the operations domain, as an exploration of business optimisation solutions for complex problems that hitherto companies were solving using some heuristics based on experience and elementary cause-effect rules. Based on the experience of working with an initial set of clients, we saw that there is significant value in approaching these complex problems in a more scientific manner. Based on this belief IGSA Labs created its products/solutions on the back of strong OR techniques and experience. We now have a strong team that can quickly assimilate a client situation/requirement and translate it into business solutions.
