IGSA Labs’ Software development team ensures that the Product is delivered as per the functionalities required by the customer. The team mainly undertakes two types of projects:
- Customisation of IGSA Products: IGSA products are customised as per Client requirement; the software development ensures that the product customisation in terms of input interface, usability as well as output (reporting) is as per the Clients requirement.
- Bespoke Applications: There are several cases where the Client requires transaction systems that would capture the data on which IGSA can perform data analysis. In such cases, the software development team develops these bespoke applications for the Client team.
