On Site Implementation

This is a product customisation/configuration as per Client requirements and implementation at the Client site.

From IGSA Labs side

  • IGSA development team would create the necessary user interface for the product and implement at the client site.
  • IGSA would provide the necessary training for the software
  • IGSA would provide the necessary product support and also provide an AMC for its product
  • The client team would use the software just as any other software such as SAP etc.

From the Client side

  • The Client owns the product license/s.
  • The Client team operates the products
  • The Client team interprets the results thereof.
