Service Model

This is product customisation/configuration as per Client requirements but the software is not implemented at the Client site but resident at IGSA Labs.

From IGSA Labs side

  • IGSA appoints a Customer Account Manager (CAM) who understands the solution formulated by the Discovery/Design team and provides support to the client team on a need basis
  • IGSA Support Teams assist the CAM as required
  • On a need basis, the CAM would run the customized optimization solution based on the data given and send results back in the desired format

From the Client side

  • The Client doesn’t own the product license
  • The Client team interprets the results given by IGSA
