We provide tailored mathematical solutions to support complex decisions in supply domains such as network design, plant-to-market outbound network allocations (i.e. production and logistics planning), supplier-to-plant inbound allocations (i.e. procurement planning), continuous inventory replenishment and ordering, forecasting and demand planning, order-vehicle assignment and route planning, and order and supply management. We achieve this by understanding customer’s business requirements, objectives, and constraints in the supply chain, and iteratively customizing our solutions to them.
We have experience of implementing analytical solutions for a variety of industries, such as E-Commerce, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Automotive, Cement, Steel, Energy, Component and Equipment Manufacturing, and Logistics. In the process of being applied to this wide range of industries, our solutions have become versatile and robust.
We use state-of-the-art analytical techniques of operations research (optimization) and statistical modelling, and well proven analytical software and solvers such as GAMS, CPLEX, PYTHON, SPSS and R. Our IT team integrate mathematical modelling engines with database and easy to use user interface (UI). They provide soft integration of our tools with the customer’s IT/ERP systems. Our UIs permit customers to seamlessly upload input data, run optimization models and scenarios, and view optimal plans and analytical reports through the attractive dashboard.
